What about returns and complaints?
If you receive a damaged or inadequate product, you can notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receipt (please also attach a photo of the product). We will respond to you as soon as possible and do everything in our power to correct the error. We do not accept returns!
Cost of delivery and shipping ?
The cost of packaging and delivery is €3.95 for all shipments within the Republic of Slovenia. For delivery to other countries, delivery costs are charged according to the price list of the delivery company. The buyer also bears any additional costs of duties in countries outside of Slovenia.
When will I receive my order ?
We ship all orders within 2-5 working days. The delivery time depends on the delivery company (around 2 days in Slovenia). If you haven't received the package yet and it's been a long time, you can always contact us!
Do you provide gift wrapping?
All our products are carefully inspected before shipping and wrapped in the most environmentally friendly way possible. Gift packaging is possible upon request, which can be sent to us additionally.
